Commercial accounts manager

We're a laundry marketplace with a growing commercial client base (Sodexo, Goodlife, Commercial Cleaning Services, and ~45 other accounts) and no one currently owning it full-time. That's your job.

What you'll own

• Manage existing commercial contracts and scheduled appointments end-to-end
• Respond to inbound leads from 1stoplaundry.com using our standard pitch (On-Demand vs. Managed plan)
• Create and send estimates required to close commercial deals
• Sign new commercial contracts and grow the book
• Be the single point of contact so no account goes quiet

What we need

• Organized, responsive, comfortable owning a book of 25–30+ active accounts
• Confident on the phone and email with facilities managers and procurement contacts
• Basic invoicing and AR literacy — you understand billed vs. collected
• Self-directed: output-measured, not clocked hours (~5 hrs/day availability plus syncs)

Compensation (contractor)

• $750 CAD/month base
• 10% of collected revenue on new accounts you sign (first 6 months, then 4% ongoing)
• 4% of collected revenue on the existing book you manage and collect on
• 6-month rate review
• Equity/shares in the company available
