Billing & collections manager

We invoice out a lot of money that doesn't come back fast enough. We need someone whose full-time job is closing that gap and giving us a real read on cash flow.

What you'll own

• Track every invoice out the door and its collection status
• Chase down unpaid invoices directly, or flag and push the internal owner responsible for sending and collecting
• Build and maintain a cash flow projection: what's collected, what's outstanding, and what that gap is costing us
• Manage salary payouts and general expense oversight
• Audit recurring tools and subscriptions and cut what we're not using

What we need

• Strong AR and bookkeeping background — you think in billed vs. collected, not just booked revenue
• Comfortable doing collections calls and emails, not just spreadsheets
• Detail-obsessed; nothing falls through the cracks
• Bonus: cash flow forecasting experience

Compensation

• $400 CAD per month
