Delivery Minimum Update (Effective February 23, 2026)
Starting February 23, 2026, your delivery minimum may vary based on how far you are from our nearest facility.
To keep pricing simple and transparent, we’ve removed the $10 distance fee for addresses located more than 10 km away. Instead, delivery costs are now built directly into updated minimum order amounts.

Flat-Rate Items (Blankets, Comforters, etc.)
Some items — such as king or queen blankets/comforters — are charged at a flat rate instead of per pound.
If your order only includes flat-rate items and does not meet the minimum order amount, your invoice will include a minimum order surcharge to meet the required minimum.
The surcharge is calculated as:
Per-pound price × your minimum weight
Example: If you live 12 km away (20 lb minimum) and send only one queen blanket that is billed at a flat rate, your invoice may include a minimum order surcharge so the total meets the required minimum.
This surcharge will appear clearly on your invoice.
Important Clarification
You’re welcome to send less than the minimum weight.
However, your order will be billed at the minimum weight for your distance tier.
Example: If you are 13 km away (20 lb minimum) and send 12 lb, your order will be billed at 20 lb.
This is a billing minimum, not a required physical amount.
