Starting February 23, 2026, your delivery minimum may vary based on how far you are from our nearest facility. We removed the separate distance fee for addresses beyond 10 km — instead, minimum order amounts reflect distance in a simpler way.
Your minimum by distance
Minimum charge is based on your distance from our nearest facility. When you book, checkout shows the minimum that applies to your address.
- 0–10 km: 15 lb minimum (unchanged from the previous baseline in many markets)
- 10–15 km: 20 lb minimum
- 15–20 km: 25 lb minimum
Book a pickup and your address-specific minimum appears before you confirm.
Flat-rate items
Some items (for example king or queen blankets and comforters) are billed at a flat rate. If your order is only flat-rate items and does not meet the minimum, your invoice may include a surcharge so the total meets the required minimum — shown clearly on your invoice.
Billing vs. physical weight
You can send less than the minimum weight; orders are billed at the minimum weight for your distance tier. This is a billing minimum, not a requirement to physically fill a bag to that weight.
