Your Appointment Booked Successfully!

We have sent your booking information to your email on file. Now what? 

Easy as 1, 2, 3.

If you included your buzzer or suite number in your booking, our driver will come directly to your residence so long as they have the appropriate information (buzzer number, instructions, etc.).

If you'd like to make a change, such as add additional details or services to your appointment, or made an error (address, buzzer, etc.), you can reply directly to the SMS message that was sent to you directly after you made your booking. Our staff will respond during our business hours (7AM-11PM every day) and assist you over text. You may also email us at team@1stoplaundry.com for a prompt response.

We will have your clothing returned in exactly 48 hours (or less). If we are expecting a quicker delivery time, we will reach out to you first by phone, then by email. If you selected a rush delivery option, your laundry will be completed in 24 hours.

No problem! Our service is meant to function completely contactless! If you are planning to not be home, you can inform us when booking your order to leave your laundry at a doorstep, concierge, front desk, or anywhere else. You can also reach out and contact us if it is unexpected and we will be sure to notify our team appropriately. Your clothing is always dealt with safely.

Your pickup window is 30 minutes before and after your selected time. For example, if you selected 11:00AM, you can expect the driver to arrive between 10:30AM-11:30AM. You will receive a text message when your driver is on the way to pick up and deliver your laundry to give you a heads up before they arrive.

The card that you used at the initial time of booking will be used to pay for your laundry after it has been delivered after an invoice has been sent. Totally contactless - totally easy!

  • Place your laundry in a bag

    You can use any bag - recycling, garbage bag, or even a reusable bag. We don't like baskets or anything loose to avoid lost laundry! No need to sort or label anything - we do that for you!

  • Pickup Time!

    You will receive a text message when your driver is on the way to pickup your laundry. If you'd like a contactless pickup, simply set your bag outside of your door and we'll take it from there.

  • Delivery Day!

    Your laundry is returned exactly 48 hours later, or 24 hours later if you chose a rush delivery option. You'll receive a text message when the driver is on the way. Everything will be washed, dried, and folded for your convenience.
