Some tricky stains were gone and everything was fresh but not noticeably scented. A definite plus. We had an emergent situation which left us with lots of soaking wet items but my building had had its laundry room closed as of last year. We urgently needed speedy service. The next day, everything was picked up outside of my apartment door and forty-eight hours later, dropped off, spic and span. The efficient, thorough service is always greatly appreciated as are the custom accommodations. I could not be more pleased with One Stop Laundry service. This was my first experience with them and it was excellent. I have some medical issues that preclude me from doing my own laundry recently. They were efficient, came on time for both pickup and delivery and the driver was a very pleasant man. I shall definitely be using their services on an ongoing basis as their prices are also reasonable. All in all a very good service and experience.Load more
