All our monthly plans come with free pickup and delivery!
From start to finish, we handle all of the sorting, washing, drying, folding, packing and delivery. Anything that you could possibly think is dirty, bring it to us. We’ll give it back to you clean. Having 1Stop do your laundry is as simple as booking a plan that works for you, and you never have to do your laundry again.
How our monthly laundry service works
Forget lugging around bags of laundry to shared laundry rooms and waiting endlessly while guarding your laundry that is washing and drying, or juggling one million tasks while forgetting to move your laundry into the dryer.
1. Choose a laundry plan ❤️
Our monthly plans allow you a set number of pounds per week, starting at 20 pounds per week all the way to 100 pounds per week.
2. Choose a day/time ❤️
You’ll be asked to choose a day/time that works best with your schedule! That way, every week at the same day and time our driver will pickup your laundry directly from your dorm.
3. That’s it – time to enjoy your time! ❤️
We’ll be sending you a 1Stop bag to fill up your laundry. No need to sort anything – just stuff it up and let us do the rest!

We absolutely do not wash your clothes with other people's clothes. While some services may mix customer clothing by organizing orders in "washable mesh bags", we do not encourage this method because it may pose a danger to the clothing fabric. Also, we take sanitization very seriously and recognize that customers do not appreciate this. Your clothes are safe with us!
Yes you absolutely can. Our monthly plan is designed to be customizable and easy for you to use. It should make the most sense for you - whether that be 2 pickups per month on a bi-weekly schedule, or even one pickup for all the pounds you're allocated, it's completely up to you. Just let us know!
No problem! Our service is meant to function completely contactless! If you are planning to not be home, you can inform us when booking your order to leave your laundry at a doorstep, concierge, front desk, or anywhere else. You can also reach out and contact us if it is unexpected and we will be sure to notify our team appropriately. Your clothing is always dealt with safely.
After we collect your laundry, our wonderful driver will take it to one of our partner laundry facilities to have it washed, dried and folded. We take pride in supporting various local businesses and ensure that the same process is applied wherever you choose to use 1StopLaundry.
The card that you used at the initial time of booking will be used to pay for your laundry after it has been delivered and an invoice was sent. Totally contactless - totally easy!
