About Us

We are a dynamic and fast-growing company in the tech laundry sector, dedicated to providing top-notch products and services to our clients. With offices in London, Hamilton, and Ottawa, we are looking to expand our talented sales team by adding an enthusiastic Sales Development Representative. With success in reaching both residential and commercial customers, this role is pivotal in driving our commercial business growth by identifying new sales opportunities and building strong relationships with prospective clients.

The Sales Development Representative Role

  • Generate new business opportunities by identifying potential leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
  • Schedule and conduct initial discovery calls with prospects to assess their needs and how our solutions can meet them
  • Work closely with the Head of Sales and Marketing Teams to develop and execute lead generation strategies
  • Maintain a detailed and up-to-date CRM database with all client interactions, ensuring accurate sales forecasts and reports.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified opportunities and pipeline contribution
  • Manage the end to end sales cycle, build a greater team around them, and develop the playbook that our team will execute

We'd love to hear from you if:

  • You are enthusiastic about the startup environment and understand the challenges of finding and qualifying leads
  • You have experience building and growing a sales team, or experience in developing leads.
  • You like to be hands-on. Prospecting and qualifying leads, booking and conducting meetings, from lead generation to customer acquisition and retention.
  • You enjoy introducing best practises and new processes that will enhance the Sales Cycle.
  • You love early stage building. The opportunity to iterate on pricing and positioning, to build out the CRM and sales funnel, and build a revenue engine excites you.
  • You work with a high degree of autonomy, adaptability, and flexibility in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. You like to work collaboratively but also enjoy figuring things out on your own.
  • You enjoy bringing a degree of certainty to a job that may come with a bit of ambiguity.
