About Us

1StopLaundry is a growing pickup and delivery laundry service that makes laundry day easy for our customers by picking up and delivering clean laundry directly to their door. We’re expanding our service in Hamilton, Ontario and we’re looking for a reliable, full-time driver to join our team and help us provide excellent service to our customers.

About the Role:

  • You’ll use the 1StopLaundry driver app to receive pickup and delivery routes.
  • Routes typically include picking up laundry from customers and delivering it to the laundromat, then delivering clean laundry back to customers.
  • Each route earns you $5 per pickup or delivery + $1/km. You’ll earn more for completing multiple routes in a day!
  • We have an easy-to-use system that allows you to see available routes and accept them based on your schedule.

Driver Compensation Package

  • Base Pay: $200 per week minimum guarantee (if no cancellations and based on availability)
  • Route Payment: $5 per pickup or delivery + $1/km
  • Bonuses:
    • Performance Bonus: Earn $100/month for maintaining zero cancellations.
    • Availability Bonus: Get an additional $50 for completing 20 routes in a month
      • (each pickup or delivery counts as 1 route).
  • Referral Bonus: $100 for referring a new driver who stays with us for 2 months.

What We’re Looking For

  • Reliability: We need a dependable driver who can commit to completing pickups and deliveries as scheduled. If you’re someone who shows up on time and gets the job done, we want you.
  • Availability: Flexibility is key—availability during weekdays and weekends is a must. We want someone who can take on routes as needed.
  • Great Customer Service: You’ll be representing 1StopLaundry, so excellent communication and a friendly attitude towards customers are a must.
  • Driving Experience: Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. You should be comfortable navigating Hamilton and the surrounding areas.
  • Medium Lifting: Transporting laundry bags to your vehicle is a requirement. You should be able to handle lifting between 15-20lb of laundry bags (or more depending on how many bags are provided)
