Bag your laundry up
Gather all your dirty laundry and bag it up in any disposable or reusable bag. You can leave your laundry outside your door for a contactless pickup or hand it to our driver.

Sit back & Relax while we take care of the rest
A driver—either one of our full-time team members or a trusted partner driver—will pick up your laundry right from your doorstep. We track your order every step of the way until it arrives at our local facility where it’s expertly cleaned and folded and cared for like their own.

Enjoy clean laundry
Your laundry is professionally washed, dried, and neatly folded by our trained team. Clothing is folded together, with linens and towels packed separately, so everything comes back organized and ready to put away.

We absolutely do not wash your clothes with other people's clothes. While some services may mix customer clothing by organizing orders in "washable mesh bags", we do not encourage this method because it may pose a danger to the clothing fabric. Also, we take sanitization very seriously and recognize that customers do not appreciate this. Your clothes are safe with us!
We will have your clothing returned in exactly 48 hours or less. If we are expecting a quicker delivery time, we will reach out to you first by phone, then by email.
No problem! Our service is meant to function completely contactless! If you are planning to not be home, you can inform us when booking your order to leave your laundry at a doorstep, concierge, front desk, or anywhere else. You can also reach out and contact us if it is unexpected and we will be sure to notify our team appropriately. Your clothing is always dealt with safely.
After we collect your laundry, our wonderful driver will take it to one of our partner laundry facilities to have it washed, dried and folded. We take pride in supporting various local businesses and ensure that the same process is applied wherever you choose to use 1StopLaundry.
The card that you used at the initial time of booking will be used to pay for your laundry after it has been delivered and an invoice was sent. Totally contactless - totally easy!
