How do I Schedule A Pickup?
Booking is quick and easy—just head to our booking page and choose a time that works for you. Don’t forget to add any special requests or preferences in the appointment notes.

How Should I Give You My Laundry?
Use any standard garbage bag or reusable bag you have. We recommend one large garbage bag rather than multiple small bags.
There’s no need to sort your laundry—we’ll take care of that at our facility.
Just place all dirty laundry in the bag and tie it shut to prevent items from falling out. You can leave it outside your door for a contactless pickup or hand it directly to our driver.
What If I live In An Apartment?
If you live in an apartment or condo, please include detailed buzzer instructions in your delivery notes to help the driver access the building.
It’s best to book your pickup and drop-off for a time when you’ll be available to buzz the driver in.
Our driver will come to your door for both pickup and delivery, or you may choose to meet them downstairs.
Do I Need To Label My Laundry?
No need to label your laundry. Each order is assigned a unique order ID at pickup, allowing us to track it accurately from start to finish.
You’ll also receive a live tracking link by email and text prior to pickup, so you can follow your laundry every step of the way.
Who Will Pickup & Deliver My Laundry?
Your laundry is picked up and delivered by one of our professional drivers, or occasionally by a trusted partner Uber driver. We track every driver in real time, so we always know their location and can confirm when your laundry reaches our facility.
This guarantees your laundry is handled safely, securely, and efficiently.
How Do You Return My Laundry?
Your laundry is professionally washed, dried, and carefully folded by our trained team. Clothing is neatly folded and packaged together, while linens, towels, and comforters are folded and bagged separately to keep items organized.
All laundry is returned in clean, clear, sealed bags to protect freshness and maintain the quality of the fold.

We absolutely do not wash your clothes with other people's clothes. While some services may mix customer clothing by organizing orders in "washable mesh bags", we do not encourage this method because it may pose a danger to the clothing fabric. Also, we take sanitization very seriously and recognize that customers do not appreciate this. Your clothes are safe with us!
We will have your clothing returned in exactly 48 hours or less. If we are expecting a quicker delivery time, we will reach out to you first by phone, then by email.
No problem! Our service is meant to function completely contactless! If you are planning to not be home, you can inform us when booking your order to leave your laundry at a doorstep, concierge, front desk, or anywhere else. You can also reach out and contact us if it is unexpected and we will be sure to notify our team appropriately. Your clothing is always dealt with safely.
After we collect your laundry, our wonderful driver will take it to one of our partner laundry facilities to have it washed, dried and folded. We take pride in supporting various local businesses and ensure that the same process is applied wherever you choose to use 1StopLaundry.
The card that you used at the initial time of booking will be used to pay for your laundry after it has been delivered and an invoice was sent. Totally contactless - totally easy!
