So I had questions and I called this 1Stop Laundry service in the middle of the afternoon. No one answered the phone. I assumed they were all busy doing laundry, so I left a message. No one responded. Now, I really liked the attitude I got from the website and their pick up / delivery times looked like a good fit for my irregular and busy life, (gotta love evening service yes). So the next day I sent an e-mail inquiring if the comapny was still in business, and sadly not really expecting an answer.

But I got a reply from Ross. It seemed I had somehow missed a big yellow banner on the website about the phone line being down. (Yes the banner was on the home landing page - I went back and checked). So I asked my questions in a reply email. But then I found them on Facebook and dropped a message via Messenger there. And I got answers, (via both venues) in a tone that echoed the tone and attitude of the website - professional and genuine.

So I booked an appointment for a time when I hoped to be home, and a very friendly and courteous gentleman arrived at my door in a very timely manner to pick up my test bag of laundry. Then I had more questions so I fired up the email and sent them off. Ross answered again, addressed all of my concerns just like I wasn't bothering him at all. The same smiling gentleman that picked it up delivered my laundry, on time, clean (I checked) and folded and all there too.

So colour me impressed. Very impressed indeed. For a business, especially one like theirs, to provide that level of great service, today, without a phone, to someone as annoying as I'm sure I was, well, we know who's going to be washing my clothes don't we. This is the 1st. time I've used 1Stop Laundry. They did an excellent job on my laundry! Can't recommend them highly enough. Excellent service from pick-up to drop-off (TY Geoff!).
